ANI ECO ZONE RESIDENTS WELFARE ASSOCIATION (AEZ RWA)
It is Legally registered under Karnataka Housing Societies Act of 1961, under RWA (Residents Welfare Associations) Act, which needs to formed mandatorily as per Government RERA-2016 guidelines for maintaining societies and is very similar to AOA (Apartments Owners Association) that is pre-levant among apartments. Though the association and maintenance activities were carried out from 2014 onwards, we Legally got the association registered on 2016 onwards and from hence forth association has been performing all the maintenance activities listed by collecting same maintenance amount from plot owners and residents as per fairness guidelines stated in Housing societies act.
